Our Signature “Fully Comprehensive” Service Includes:

• Biofilm purge (removes all hidden bacteria)

• Full pipe flush cleaner applied.

• Clean and treat the cover with protector.

• Check the operation of all systems.

• Check all electrical components.

• Check heater element for continuity and debris and heater seals, replacing where necessary. 

• Check pump capacitors with capacitance check.

• Check Air Source Heat Pump if applicable.

• Change clear ray bulb if applicable. (Charged separate)

• Cleaning your filter with a filter cleaner.

• Visual inspection for any damage of cabinet and shell including blisters and webbing.

• Remove used water from the hot tub using a pump.

• Clean the interior shell and fittings using a antibacterial cleaner designed for hot tub shells.

• Remove jets where possible and check function.

• Blow through pipework with warm air to push water out.

• Rinse out your tub with clean water.

• Wet vac out remaining water, cleaner and debris.

• Towel dry the surface.

• Wet vac the circulation pump where possible.

• Check pump union seals.

• Remove scale and debris from pumps.

• Water tested out of tap.

• Re-fill your tub with clean water.

• Bleed pumps of air.

• Re-check for leaks.

• Balance the water and test using customers preferred chemicals and some specialities of our own.

• Check all systems ensuring they work correctly.

• Set all filter cycles, time, etc.. on control panel.

• Provide report to customer.
